IOS App Class Action Settlement
Reminder: The claim period is fast approaching!
If you have an Apple i Device, iPhone, iPad or iPod and downloaded certain versions of the Foodspotting, Foursquare, Gowalla, Instagram, Kik, Path, Twitter, and Yelp apps before February 2012 you may be eligible to file a claim in this settlement.
If you qualify you can choose to receive an Amazon.com Gift Card credit or a Check. The amount received will be will be based on the number of Class Members who make claims and the number of relevant apps used by each Class Member who makes a claim. One claim per household.
The claim period ends 11/10/17, so be sure to file by that date.
